COST $70.00 PER PLAYER

For those who wish to register and pay before the event please write checks to FIL-MINNESOTAN ASSOCIATION or FMA and send to Annie Lubansky 11424 OLIVE ST NW, COON RAPIDS MN 55448.

Fee includes green fee, cart, golf range balls, proxy games (longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt) and dinner (Filipino Food)

Prize for 1st place winners, 2nd place prize, Random drawing prize for all teams (excluding 1st and 2nd place winners).

Each group is responsible for assembling their 4-player team. If you register with less than four players, we will do our best to assemble a 4 person team at the time of the event.
