Join the culinary explorers of Hidden Apron, local gastronomes Lola Rosa's MN, and hundreds of young foodies from all over the Midwest at a four-course dinner featuring Filipino flavors from around the world. Expect strong flavors, quirky drinks, good tunes, lively conversations, all in an atmospheric boxing gym! Bringing together traditional recipes with modern sentiment and local ingredients, you'll discover Filipino food in a way that's uniquely Minnesotan.
Held in partnership with the Midwest Association of Filipino-Americans (MAFA) and the Advancement for Rural Kids (ARK), the dinner also celebrates the collective efforts of college students across the Midwest in raising funds to provide a MILLION fresh, sustainable, and local lunches to rural kids in the Philippines and keep them in school.
